This program is meant to help you build strength, get lean, and work toward building your muscular endurance. This is a 2 day per week program that will last 6 weeks. There are 3 days of energy system work to keep you burning calories while building your aerobic base. This is a great place to start if you are new to in home training or just want to touch up on the fundamentals of strength training. With video tutorials and cuing, you’ll have all the information you need once you purchase this program to get started right away!

Who this is for:

This product is aimed to help adults who either do not have access to a fitness center or do not have the time to run out to the gym several times per week.

What you will need:

  • Bands

  • Chair or step ladder

  • Carpet sliders

What you can expect:

This program is meant to help you build strength and muscular endurance through the use of bodyweight and band exercises. There is an energy system component with the program to help build anaerobic power and speed as well as aerobic capacity.

This is a 2 day per week program that lasts 6 weeks with 3 days of energy system work with video tutorials and cuing included with the program.
