Who is this for?
This program is for athletes and active adults looking to learn or revisit the fundamentals or strength training. You will push, pull, hinge, and squat with appropriate tempo and volume to build strength and lean mass. By spending three days in the gym, as opposed to two, you will a little more variety and consistency in your programming.
What do you need?
You will need access to a full gym/facility with dumbbells, kettlebells, chin up bars, etc.
This program is a 3 day per week program that lasts 4 weeks.
